Yes, you will always receive the item exactly as pictured. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will not substitute with different color, size, or unit unless specified and approved by the buyer
All sales receipts will be emailed to you automatically after every purchase. If for some reason you do not receive your receipt by email, please do not hesitate to call or email us for help.
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive for any reason, please reach out to us by phone or email for an RMA number. Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Any item that is listed as out of stock will be restocked at a later date. Please call for more detailed information regarding particular items. Items that will not be restocked will be indicated as “discontinued”.
